Responsibilities
Perform qualified massage therapy sessions using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage to meet client needs
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments when appropriate
Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies
Ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming workplace for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations,



and progress to foster trust and satisfaction
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care

Qualifications
Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapeutic practices
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients
Effective communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and address client questions confidently
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions
