Elevate your accounting career with Osgoode Properties as a Property Accountant. You'll manage the financial operations for multi-unit residential properties in this full time role. Reporting to the Manager of Accounting, this position requires a detail-oriented qualified experienced in residential property management.

You will perform full-cycle accounting tasks such as financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and monthly reconciliations. Robust organizational skills and analytical ability are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly bank reconciliations for assigned properties
Prepare and analyze monthly cash flows and financial statements
Assist property management with annual property budget preparation




Review tenant accounts and support collection efforts
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum of 3 years of general accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
