Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy retail season. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries
Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and promoting products to enhance customer satisfaction
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and processing transactions
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays




Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
Communicate clearly with team members and customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential
Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing are required
Solid organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy workplace
