Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating workplace for young children. This position requires a commitment to educating and supporting the development of children, including those with disabilities, while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
Educate children through play-based activities, hands-on experiences, and structured lessons.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
Demonstrate leadership in classroom management and foster teamwork among staff.
Utilize technology (Kindertales) effectively for lesson planning, communication,



and record-keeping.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom workplace in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills
Solid ability to educate young children in a classroom setting.
Experience working with children, especially those with disabilities.
Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
Leadership qualities to guide both students and fellow educators.
Familiarity with computerized tools for lesson planning and administrative tasks.
A nurturing attitude combined with patience and understanding towards children's needs.
