Overview

As a Team Member at Harvey's, you play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. You are responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, maintaining food safety standards, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure productive daily operations.

Experience
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is an asset but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Prepare burgers, fries, beverages,



and other menu items according to Harvey's quality standards.
Customize orders based on customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
Restock food, packaging, and supplies throughout each shift.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Work efficiently with team members to ensure timely order preparation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and completing daily checklists.
Support inventory management by notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
Promote menu items and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
Adhere to company policies and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Pay: $17.60-$27.26 per hour
