Pay: CA$18.00 - CA$30.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and make an immediate impact.

Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project managers with the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
MUST HAVE CARPENTRY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Help coordinate site activities to ensure projects stay on track
Prepare, organize, and maintain project files and reports
Support the permitting, procurement,



and closeout processes
Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:
Proven experience in the Restoration/ construction industry (project coordination or related role)
MUST HAVE CARPENTRY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of construction practices and terminology
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment
Must be able to start immediately
