Duties
Ensure and deliver high standard of food
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Work in a high paced kitchen environment while delivering excellent service
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Follow food safety procedures. Controlling cost by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion control.
Ensuring fridges,



freezers and work area are left in a tidy and organized manner.Personal Suitability:

Ability to work standing for extended hours
