Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes to support chefs and cooks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Support cooking processes by following recipes and instructions accurately under supervision
Handle food items safely during storage, handling, and transportation to prevent contamination
Help with meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment for yourself and team members




Support the overall flow of kitchen operations by communicating effectively with team members and responding promptly to requests

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food handling procedures and basic food safety practices
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and moving quickly in a busy setting
