Controls is seeking an Inventory and Receiving Clerk to join its Victoria, BC team. With over two years of experience in inventory processing, you will excel in receiving, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. This position emphasizes attention to detail and organizational skills, while collaborating with various departments for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
- Record receipts accurately in Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy




- Prepare cycle count reports and assist in reconciliations
- Process inventory transactions and maintain digital records Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory processing
- Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Solid understanding of FIFO practices and inventory control
- Good knowledge of shipping processes and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs Elevate inventory management skills and support production processes as part of the Reliable Controls team.
