Hootsuite Inc. is seeking a Co-op, IT Operations for Vancouver, BC. The 4‑month in office role supports the Helpdesk queue, deploys laptops and peripherals, and resolves both small and large technology issues with close supervision.
You’ll work with the Global IT team to execute IT projects, set up and troubleshoot hardware including Google Meet gear, document procedures, and ensure end-user satisfaction during and after incidents.
