As a full time IT Support Technician, you will work under the IT Manager's direction to manage technical and operational IT support.

Your expertise will enhance current and future information technology systems while ensuring user satisfaction through effective problem-solving. A collaborative approach is key as you assist various departments with their IT resources and systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to IT systems
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user workstation devices




- Assist helpdesk support for timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with departments on IT system usage
- Perform additional duties as directed by management Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar IT support role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and operational planning
