What You Will Accomplish Daily
As a Damage Insurance Agent , you are the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to:

Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust that supports the sale of auto and home insurance policies

Follow the company’s underwriting policies

Use your skills to help increase client retention

Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs

Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating setting

Has an advanced level of proficiency in the French language, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with French-speaking clients and colleagues across Canada on a regular basis

Minimum Education Requirements

High school diploma with 3 years of work experience OR

College diploma (or higher) OR

Recognition of a diploma obtained outside Quebec (MIFI or WES)
