In this role, you’ll work under the Manager of Environmental Services, actively participating in the upkeep of the facility. Your ability to communicate effectively and work independently will be key in maintaining high cleanliness standards. You’ll engage with a variety of cleaning agents and ensure compliance with sanitization policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness in patient and public areas
• Replenish cleaning supplies regularly
• Maintain organization of housekeeping carts
• Employ proper disinfection practices
• Collaborate with healthcare team members

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in a healthcare facility preferred
• Courteous and reliable with all staff
• Commitment to obtaining WHIMIS certification
• Excellent communication capabilities, preferred knowledge of Cree language
