About The Role
Join our compassionate team of Licensed Practical Nurses at Baptist Housing’s beautiful Smith Creek Village. In this role, you will deliver person‑centred care, work with a dedicated team, and improve residents’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.

Administer medications, conduct assessments, and create individualized care plans for residents.

Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance physical and emotional well‑being.

Maintain accurate records using Point‑Click Care and EMAR to ensure the highest standard of care.

Lead by example, demonstrating our ministry values and servant leadership principles to build trust and positive relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.





Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.

Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.

Experience in long‑term care or assisted living preferred.

Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.

Compensation & Benefits
Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 to $41.35, as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
