In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the MRS Team by establishing effective material replenishment strategies for IEM’s lean production system. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will design and lead processes that support operational excellence in manufacturing. Your leadership will be essential in training personnel and documenting best practices, which improves overall system performance across shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement lean material replenishment systems
• Develop point-of-use inventory strategies to minimize downtime
• Align material processes with Production and Warehouse needs
• Lead kaizen events and regular process reviews
• Support improvements in kitting and staging accuracy
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• 3–7 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of lean principles and ERP systems
• Robust communication and project management capabilities
• Initiative-driven to improve operational processes
