We are looking for an experienced Workshop Lead to supervise the activities of a team of auto body technicians at our Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga.In this role you will coordinate daily operations to ensure flawless workflow, maintaining and exceeding quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in team performance. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring that every repair meets the highest standards of excellence for Aviva’s customers.Coordinate and supervise the work of mechanics and technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards Make decisions based on knowledge and data Post-secondary education Minimum of 5 years of experience in the auto repair industryPrior leadership experience with outstanding coaching skills Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of BodyShop Connect preferredStrong communication and conflict resolution skills**What You’ll get:*** The salary band for this position ranges from $95,000 to $110,000.
