POSITION OVERVIEW Associates at Ignite Management apply and develop their interpersonal, analytical, strategic thinking, business management, and leadership skills from day one. As a key member of client engagement teams,
Associates work side-by-side with experienced Consultants to deliver exceptional service to clients. You’ll be in the thick of the action, supporting both internal operations and client work across: Project and communications management Meeting and presentation design Research and documentation Scheduling and administrative support In this role, you will learn and master the Ignite Methodology and gain exposure to strategic planning discussions with senior leadership teams across Canada. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and master the Ignite Methodology for strategic planning and leadership development to effectively support and lead client engagements from start to finish Listen to and synthesize high-level discussions from meetings and interviews into consolidated, succinct, and actionable strategic summary reports — often in real time Gather and interpret relevant information and data, presenting findings to Ignite team members and client stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations Provide project management support, from building and maintaining project schedules to ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently, successfully, and on time Participate actively in client engagements, ensuring effective communication between Consultants and clients Coordinate administrative support and event logistics, including venue setup, agendas, guest invitations,
and materials for client meetings WHAT WE LOOK FOR Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field (MBA or CPA/designation considered an asset) 2-4 years experience in consulting or a business management environment Strong conceptual and analytical reasoning skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset) Natural curiosity and a desire to think outside the box A humble team player who is also an independent thinker Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Leadership experience or a strong interest in developing leadership skills Professional discretion and the ability to maintain client confidentiality An ambitious desire to grow your career Passion for activities and interests outside of work OUR OFFER We are deeply passionate about the impact we make at Ignite and proud of the transformational results delivered by our exceptional team.
