Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Director, Business Performance Initiatives is a national leadership role responsible for driving sales performance while building capabilities through targeted performance focused support across multiple lines of business, including Home & Auto, Life & Health, Creditor, Travel, and Group Benefits insurance.This role blends data-driven performance management with creativity, sales enablement, and campaign leadership. This team is responsible for performance insights, transition and change and frontline coaching, ensuring strategies translate into tangible behaviors, strong client experiences, and sustained results.What will you do?Sales Performance & GrowthOwn the national sales performance framework across all supported lines of business.Define and track sales KPIs including growth, conversion, penetration, productivity, and client outcomes.Identify trends and performance gaps, translating insights into focused actions that drive results.Sales Enablement & Skill-Build CreationDesign and oversee national sales skill-builds aligned to business priorities and performance gaps.Ensure skill-builds are practical, behaviour-based, and measurable with client experience at the forefront.Ensure skill-builds are designed to enable consistent daily routines, coaching conversations, and performance management.Lead a team that creates and evolves skill-build content based on results, feedback, and changing needs.Sales Campaign Strategy & ExecutionLead the design and execution of national sales campaigns across lines of business.Balance creativity and discipline—ensuring campaigns are engaging, simple, compliant, and execution-focused.Define success metrics and ensure campaigns drive both short-term results and long-term capability and success.Creativity, Innovation & Continuous ImprovementBring creativity and fresh thinking to sales performance, campaigns, and enablement approaches.Test, learn, and scale new ideas that improve advisor and leader performance as well as employee engagement and client outcomes.Champion innovative sales practices, tools, and routines.Encourage experimentation while maintaining accountability for results.Leadership & Stakeholder InfluenceAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Sales and the Lines of Business.Present clear, compelling insights and recommendations to executive leadership.People LeadershipCoach and develop a high-performing leadership team.Build strong capability across performance, coaching, and enablement functions.Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, collaboration,
