Title: Senior Project Coordinator Location: Greater Toronto AreaSector: ConstructionSalary Range: 65K-90K (According to experience)Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, the Construction Project Coordinator is part of the project execution team, responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and safely delivering ASCO’s projects within our clients' budgetary constraints and timelines.Some of the Senior Project Coordinator responsibilities include:Assist the project team with on-site and off-site coordination and project supportManage Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs)Manage and track Submittals (shop drawings) and project relevant documentationAssist with pricing of Change RequestsReceive, track, and inspect field purchases and materialsKeep daily records of labour, equipment, concrete, aggregates, and rentalsAssist with procurement of materials, equipment, rentals, and subcontractorsAssist with the issuance and management of subcontracts and purchase ordersDevelop and maintain up to date project schedule using MS Project or equivalentAssist with quality control and quality assurance activities on siteObtain, manage, and submit project closeout documentation.The preferred candidate will:Have a College or University degree in Construction or EngineeringHave a minimum of 5 years of construction project coordination experience working for a general contractorHave excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook as a minimum)Have intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera schedulingBe experienced in and familiar with undertaking (with minimal supervision)
