Senior Director, SAP Finance Transformation Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director, SAP Finance Transformation Lead to oversee the delivery of a large-scale SAP Finance implementation. This role will lead end-to-end program execution, partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of SAP Finance solutions across multiple workstreams, from design through deployment.
Drive solution architecture, systems integration, data migration, and technical delivery.
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and implementation best practices.
Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology delivery with business objectives.
Manage program scope, risks, budget, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and support long-term business needs.

Qualifications




15+ years of experience leading large-scale SAP implementation or finance transformation programs.
Strong expertise in SAP Finance, including General Ledger, Subledger, financial accounting, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with SAP governance, solution design, configuration, data migration, and cloud implementations.
Proven leadership of cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, SDLC, Agile delivery, and systems integration.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
