Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Trade Show & Events Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows and events to promote our company's products and services.

Duties
Plan and execute trade show exhibitions, including booth setup, staffing, and promotional activities
Coordinate logistics for events such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing teams to create event marketing materials and promotions
Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and guests
Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
Implement strategies for upselling products or services during events
Maintain organizational efficiency throughout the planning and execution of events

Qualifications:
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for event planning




Experience in market research and understanding consumer behavior
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
Background in hospitality or related field is a plus
Upselling experience is beneficial for maximizing event opportunities
Solid organizational skills to coordinate complex event logistics
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous
