Lavergne Western Beef Inc. is a well established family business serving the Ottawa community for over 40 years priding itself in exceptional customer service and high quality meat products.
The successful candidate will process and handle raw meats and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products. Primary focus of this role is to process meat for RTE products such as sausages, deli rolls, and hams, among other food products. Duties include but are not limited to: operating food processing equipment, safely handling raw meats and RTE products, equipment sanitation, and shipping/receiving duties.
Experience an asset, but not required.
On the job training available.
English or French speaking. Bilingualism an asset.
