Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the physiotherapy clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
Supervise clinical staff, including physiotherapists, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a team-oriented team environment
Coordinate patient scheduling, intake procedures, and treatment plans to optimize clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
Manage clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to maintain financial health
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws related to electronic medical records and patient confidentiality




Utilize clinical management software Juvonno for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and current physiotherapy practices to support clinical excellence

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within physiotherapy or related fields
Strong background in clinic or medical office management with experience in electronic medical records systems
Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and budgeting principles
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and acute care environments
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, patients, and external healthcare providers
Experience working in physiotherapy clinic or medical office settings is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency
