Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with skills in team management, hospitality, and food preparation. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests while leading and engaging your team.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure exceptional service and adherence to restaurant standards.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.




Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication among staff.

Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality.
