Required Experience
10+ years of IT experience with expertise in Enterprise Observability and Monitoring.
Robust hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise/Cloud and Dynatrace implementations.

Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring
Davis AI, Service Flow and Dependency Mapping
AIOps Implementation and Monitoring Automation
ITSM Integrations (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Enterprise Monitoring and Observability

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring solutions.




Configure data onboarding, dashboards, alerts, KPIs, and monitoring workflows.
Deploy and manage Splunk components and Dynatrace OneAgent across enterprise environments.
Build observability solutions for applications, infrastructure, cloud, and network platforms.
Implement AIOps use cases, root-cause analysis, and monitoring automation.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver enterprise monitoring solutions.

Preferred
Experience in Banking, Financial Services (BFSI), Enterprise Infrastructure, or Application Operations.
Experience integrating monitoring platforms with enterprise ITSM tools.
Robust troubleshooting and automation skills.
