Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our construction team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized and supporting a team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to help keep our construction projects moving forward smoothly.

Responsibilities
Supporting Project Managers with project coordination and administrative tasks
Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Tracking schedules, project milestones, and key deliverables
Coordinating communication between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Assisting with procurement activities including purchase orders and material tracking
Supporting cost tracking and basic budget monitoring
Ensuring project information remains accurate, organized, and up to date
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction,
project coordination, or a similar role
Strong oral and written skills in English
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a quick-moving environment
Proficiency in French, both oral and written, is an asset
