Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Estimator / Project Development Manager to identify, pursue, and secure large-scale projects that support the continued growth of our company.

Duties
Identify and pursue public and private sector bidding opportunities.
Prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates for large projects.
Review tender documents, specifications, and contract requirements.
Coordinate with operations to develop project plans, schedules, and pricing.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, municipalities, and utility companies.
Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client meetings as required.
Negotiate contracts and assist with project handover to operations after award.
Monitor industry trends and upcoming opportunities to maintain a solid project pipeline.

Qualifications
Experience estimating and bidding large construction, utility, forestry,



or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of contract documents, specifications, and tendering processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple bids while meeting strict deadlines.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s licence.
