United Auto Repair is looking for a reliable and organized Service Advisor / Parts Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns.
Create repair orders and provide estimates.
Get customer approval for repairs.
Keep customers updated on repair progress.
Schedule appointments and organize daily jobs.
Work closely with technicians and management.
Find and order the correct parts.
Compare parts pricing and availability.
Receive, check, and organize parts.
Return incorrect or unused parts and track credits.
Enter parts and labour correctly on repair orders.
Prepare invoices and collect payments.
Keep customer and vehicle records updated.
Help keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
Automotive service or parts experience preferred.
Positive automotive knowledge.




Solid customer service and communication skills.
Organized and able to multitask.
Basic computer skills.
ShopMonkey experience is an asset.
Valid Ontario driver’s licence preferred.

We are looking for someone dependable, responsible, and comfortable working in a busy automotive repair shop. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
