Plett Truck Repair is a high output repair shop in which we repair everything from highway transport trucks to crane trucks to hydrovac's and everything in between.
We are known for our outstanding customer service which makes this a key requirement of this role and something we look for in candidates. We hold our Service Advisors to the highest standard and expect exemplary customer care especially when communicating with our customers.
As our shop contains a diverse mix of experienced technicians we look for Service Advisors with the ability to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely with members of our team while promoting and maintaining the positive working environment we have worked so hard to create.
To be successful you must have at least 6 months recent experience in a similar role and have experience of heavy duty repair and commercial transport.
You must have access to reliable transportation (shifts can start at 4:30am) and be willing to work weekends - after your initial training (Monday to Friday) your initial work shift will be Friday to Monday).
