One of our downtown Toronto locations is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. If you lead with consistency, take pride in your craft, and care deeply about your team, we would love to connect with you.

Who You Are
A technically robust cook with excellent attention to detail and a warm, cooperative leadership style
Passionate about from scratch cooking
Calm, organized, and solutions-focused
Someone who communicates clearly and respectfully with the team

What You’ll Do
Support the Chef and GM in leading day-to-day kitchen operations
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes during service
Coach and develop cooks through hands-on training
Maintain cleanliness and organization according to food safety standards
Assist with inventory management,



ordering, and waste control
Communicate effectively with dining room team to support smooth service
Lead or support opening/closing responsibilities as required
Contribute to a positive, cooperative kitchen environment
