We are a family-run Italian restaurant in Toronto looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 years of Sous Chef experience in an Italian restaurant to join our growing team. We are a well-established restaurant with a loyal clientele, a strong and supportive team, and flexible scheduling.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their career. Our operations include restaurant service, catering, and private events, offering variety and opportunities to grow. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and eventually take on the role of Head Chef.

What You'll Do
Prepare and execute high-quality Italian cuisine across restaurant, catering, and events.
Lead the kitchen during service and support day-to-day kitchen operations.
Help develop menus, seasonal specials, and catering offerings.
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, food safety, inventory, and kitchen organization.
Train and support kitchen staff while working closely with ownership to improve systems and grow the business.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Sous Chef
Strong culinary,



leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Italian cuisine experience is an asset.
Catering and event experience is a plus.
Passion for quality food and a desire to grow into a Head Chef role.
