We are a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Etobicoke offering chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, physiotherapy and naturopathy. Our team is focused on addressing pain and symptoms, as well as facilitating long lasting health.

We are currently looking for part time receptionists to join our busy clinic. We are conveniently located right near a bus stop and have ample parking available. The successful candidate will be friendly and have a strong grasp of good customer service skills.

-Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner
Administrative duties such as: booking patient appointments, answering phones, checking messages and replying to emails all in a timely manner.
Collect insurance information from patients for direct billing and submit claims
Collect payment from patients for appointments and/or clinic products
Maintain an organized, clean and confidential work environment
Work as a team member along side health practitioners and support them as needed

Shifts: Tuesday:



12:30 pm - 7:15 pm

Thursday: 11:30 am- 7:15 pm

Possible availability to work the first Saturday of the month 9am – 1pm

Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a clinic setting an asset
Experience with Jane and Telus Health eClaims an asset
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Good time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Good listening skills along with the ability to accept and follow direction
