Tyax Lodge & Heli Skiing is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in one of British Columbia's most spectacular mountain destinations. This is more than a kitchen job. What You'll Do
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across multiple styles of service
Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards
Support daily prep, service, inventory,



and organization
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with the culinary and lodge teams
Continue developing your skills under experienced culinary leadership

We're Looking For
2+ years of qualified kitchen experience
Culinary training or equivalent experience
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent organization and attention to detail
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen FoodSafe Level 1
