Provide strategic partnership and coaching for all levels
Drive performance management initiatives and improvement plans
Triage and resolve employee relations issues proactively
Stay informed on California employment laws and regulations
Conduct fair and impartial workplace investigationsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
7+ years in employee relations in HR settings
5+ years in conducting workplace investigations
Experience in tech or gaming industries preferred
Certification in workplace investigations is a plusLeverage your expertise in employee relations, coaching, and investigations at Sony Interactive Entertainment.
