Union Tractor is looking for an experienced Senior Parts Technician to join our Nisku team. If you're customer-focused, knowledgeable in heavy equipment parts, and enjoy mentoring others, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and technicians
Source heavy equipment parts using SIS and OEM resources
Prepare complex rebuild quotes and manage parts orders
Maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and warehouse transfers
Follow up on quotes and proactively identify sales opportunities
Train and mentor Junior Parts Technicians
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures and safety standards





What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment parts experience or Journeyman equivalent
5+ years of experience using OEM parts and service software such as Caterpillar SIS, Volvo Prosis, John Deere Service ADVISOR, Komatsu CSS, or equivalent heavy equipment diagnostic and parts information systems.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime when required
Legally entitled to work in Canada
