About Us:

OX Korean BBQ is a recent, modern Korean BBQ restaurant opening in February 2026 in Victoria. We focus on high-quality ingredients, delicious marinades, and the interactive experience of table-top grilling. We’re looking for enthusiastic servers who already know Korean cuisine or are eager to learn, and who can provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Explain menu items, Korean dishes, and table-top grilling techniques
Recommend dishes and drinks based on guest preferences
Ensure timely and skilled service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Contribute to a positive and fun team environment

Requirements:
Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred
Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting




Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to Speak Korean or Mandarin preferred
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
