PAESE [paˈeze] means “town or village” and for us this symbolizes neighborhood. Paese opened over 25 years ago and has stayed true to a housemade approach to a menu that’s Italian-inspired, with a distinctive made-in-Canada twist. Duties and Responsibilities

General Knowledge

· PAESE Servers are ambassadors for PAESE

· Knowledge of PAESE history

· Wine Philosophy

Product Knowledge

· Has extensive knowledge of PAESE food menu, including lunch, dinner and bar

Sales

· Uses product knowledge to increase sales and deliver superior service





· Selling wine/drinks including educating the guest on our wine philosophy and how the wine list is organized

Service

· Deliver efficient knowledgeable service according to PAESE Standards

· Guide the guest through the PAESE experience

· Table maintenance…beverages topped up, cutlery for the next course according to PAESE standards

· Dining room maintenance

Job Qualifications:

Experience

· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Licenses/Certifications

· Smart Serve Certified
