Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a friendly, skilled manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
Upsell additional items or upgrades by highlighting benefits aligned with customer preferences
Manage transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Follow up with customers via phone or in-person to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business
Maintain organized records of sales activities, product inventory, and customer interactions

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills (especially in English plus another language) are highly valued for serving diverse clientele
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for success in this role
Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems will be considered a plus
