Position: Swim/Aquatic Instructor

Location: 3000 Don Mills Rd E, North York, ON M2J 3C8

Type: Part-Time position

What You’ll Do
Lead small, personalized group lessons (maximum 4 students) for swimmers of all levels.
Foster a positive, supportive environment where students feel safe, motivated, and excited to improve.
Ensure safety in and around the water, and confidently handle any emergencies.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the WD Swim team to ensure everyone is on the same page.

What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for aquatics and working with kids!
Previous swim teaching experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate.
Robust communication skills and the ability to work well with others.




Legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available).
Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
National Lifeguard & Swimming Instructor certifications are required
