What You’ll Do:
Lead our production team to achieve top-notch efficiency and quality.
Keep our manufacturing processes smooth, safe, and compliant.
Support and guide your team, fostering an accountable, positive and productive atmosphere.
Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to tackle equipment and process challenges.
Use your analytical skills to drive continuous improvement.

What You Need:
Food manufacturing experience is ideal, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing supervision role.
Proven experience in a unionized setting.
Strong leadership, problem-solving,



and communication skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism and respect for all
Proficiency in production management tools.
