Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest
Utilize solid communication skills to explain technical details clearly and confidently
Upsell complementary items and services to maximize sales opportunities
Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote products effectively
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
Prior experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, especially with product demos or technical explanations
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging customers effectively
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a busy retail setting
Customer service experience that showcases patience, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and upselling techniques will be advantageous
