Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and personalized service
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants
Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining transparency and integrity
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to promote listings effectively
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining client records, and coordinating appointments
Build and nurture relationships with clients,

Experience
Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent with a solid track record of successful transactions
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently
Strong marketing skills with familiarity in digital advertising and property promotion techniques
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations effectively
Knowledge of property management practices and administrative procedures within real estate operations
Exceptional communication skills paired with organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously
Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals

Pay: $43,943.85-$187,914.02 per year
