Leasing Agent – Commission-Based Prospect with Growth Potential

We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a commission-based chance with strong earning potential and the possibility to grow into a base salary + commission role as responsibilities and performance increase.

Compensation & Growth

Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$100,000+, based on performance and leasing volume

Requirements
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
Fluent in both English and French
Adaptable schedule — evenings and weekends may occasionally be required
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled, motivated, and results-oriented
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service is an asset
Must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple leads





Responsibilities
Respond to rental inquiries and qualify prospective tenants
Conduct property showings
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into leases
Coordinate rental applications and required documentation
Maintain strong communication with prospective and existing tenants
Assist with day-to-day leasing and rental operations
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients
