This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping customers make informed decisions—without pressure or gimmicks. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming showroom experience while guiding customers through their vehicle options with care and honesty.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate
Greet and assist customers in a warm, qualified, and approachable manner
Help customers understand vehicle options, features, financing basics, and next steps
Build genuine relationships by listening to customer needs and offering thoughtful solutions
Support customers throughout their buying journey—from first visit to final handoff
Represent the dealership at community events, promotions, and showroom initiatives
Collaborate with your team to meet shared goals while maintaining a positive, supportive workplace




Make sure car is clean and presentable to customer

What We’re Looking For
Great phone calls and internet skills
Solid communication skills and a people-first mindset
Confidence, empathy, and the ability to make others feel comfortable and respected
Interest in learning about vehicles, financing, and customer care (training provided)
Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your work
Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is an asset—but not required
