We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management




Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures

Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving and bartending operations
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Experience in hospitality or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for delivering outstanding service is essential
