The Opportunity
Hansler Industries is looking for a customer service-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario on a 12 month contract. As the Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of equipment within a designated territory, driving optimal rental fleet utilization, and carrying out rental processes and documentation.

As the Rental Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory

Partner with internal Service employees to prioritize shop items

Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure leads are captured and proper fleet utilization

Administer contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentals

Manage quoting and territory market changes

Support Sales Representatives with current customers, manage key account relationships over the phone, and add new and potential customers within the territory

Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

3-5 years of related work experience in a sales or customer service environment

Post‑secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline

Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset





Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Self‑starter with the ability to work effectively independently

The base pay range for this role is: $50,000 to $54,000 per year depending on experience, plus bonuses.

This is an onsite role based in Mississauga, Ontario.
