Mandatory Skills Software Design & Architecture
GitHub Copilot and/or Claude
Agentic AI / AI Agents / AI Workflows
AI-assisted Software Development
What You'll Do Design and develop scalable Java backend applications
Build POCs and prototype innovative AI‑driven solutions
Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools
Partner with product teams to develop beta products and services




Leverage AI‑powered coding tools to improve engineering productivity
We're Looking For 8+ years of hands‑on Java backend development
Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Experience with software architecture and end‑to‑end solution delivery
Hands‑on experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude
Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, AI workflows, or AI‑powered development tools
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced R&D; environment
