Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and provide necessary guidance
• Conduct phlebotomies and ECG tracing procedures




• Collect special test samples and document accurately
• Maintain relationships with clients and address inquiries
• Prepare and handle specimens securely

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
• Phlebotomy experience is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 40 wpm minimum typing proficiency
• Strong customer service and empathy capabilities
