This casual role on the Attendance Centre Team targets youth ages 12 to 18, focusing on reducing recidivism through structured cognitive and recreational programs. Ideal candidates will possess relevant educational backgrounds in social work or criminology, along with experience working with youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide cognitive and clinical programs for young individuals
• Conduct recreational and life skills sessions
• Ensure compliance with legislative policies and acts
• Take charge of effective time management and program delivery
• Foster relationships with youth to promote engagement
Requirements:
• University degree in Criminology or Social Work is preferred
• Proven experience with youth programs is essential
• Robust organizational and communication capabilities required
• Valid G Class driver’s license necessary
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus
