John's office, offering flexible schedules while requiring a commitment to work 21 hours weekly including Saturdays and holidays. You will excel in guiding brokers and clients through their account and billing inquiries, all while enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer billing inquiries via phone
Maintain high call center metrics and customer satisfaction
Communicate account changes clearly via email
Assist in processing payments and premium refunds
Promote self-service tools for enhanced customer experience Requirements:
Minimum one year customer service experience
Familiarity with customer billing practices preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
